I attended Nova Southeastern University and graduated in 1997. I have 23 years of experience in the field of psychology, originally receiving my license with the state of Minnesota in 2001.

I utilize many empirically proven cognitive and behavioral techniques as appropriate given the diagnostic picture presented. I am a Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy trained practitioner which is a technique that has been established to help with conditions including anxiety and trauma.
